Robert F. Hedrick, J.D., LLM

Robert practices aviation accident law. He handles a wide variety of complex aviation cases involving U.S. and international accidents. Robert represents victims and their families. He has spent nearly 25 years litigating cases against small and large corporations, aircraft component manufacturers, airlines, charter and fixed base operators, maintenance and overhaul facilities, and other at-fault parties.

Casey DuBose, J.D., CFI

Casey practices aviation law, including complex product liability and wrongful death accident cases.  

Kerry V. Kovarik, J.D., A&P

Kerry has been practicing aviation accident law for more than 10 years. In light of his education and work experience in the aviation field, Kerry’s practice focusses on pilot error, maintenance, and mechanical failures such as design defect, manufacturing defect, and failure to warn.

Chris Rusing, J.D., ATP

Chris’s practice focuses exclusively on significant personal injury and wrongful death cases.   In nearly 20 years of practice, Chris has represented clients against small and large corporations and their insurance companies, counties and municipalities, and other at-fault parties for their negligence.
